Repave first, ask questions later.

I was actually part of a conversation very similar to this recently. Build broken?  No problem, just upgrade your packages.  It turns out when you rely on tools like NuGet to manage what are generally very useful 3rd party code libraries, it seems you also gain an easy scapegoat for broken builds.  Now that is productivity! You may never have to debug again!

Snarky: I'm getting a lot of build errors and I'm not sure why. I'll just upgrade all the 3rd party libaries to their latest version and see if that fixes things.
